Working with artifacts

budgetai sessions show <id>            # lists artifacts
budgetai sessions export <id> --format md

In chat channels, artifacts are delivered as file attachments. In the Web UI they appear in the session's artifact panel.

Artifact generation runs through the sandbox and respects your permission posture, just like any other tool.
